localStorage holds your data day-to-day. Export a backup regularly so a cleared cache or a new machine can't wipe it. Round-trips losslessly: export → clear → import reproduces identical state. Files are JSON; old .csv backups still import.
Export from MacroFactor (Excel) and drop it here. Scale weight → bodyweight; calories, macros, and body measurements each become metrics. One entry per day — existing days are overwritten (you'll be asked first).
Export your workouts from Hevy (CSV) and drop it here. Warm-ups are always excluded; the app scores each day by its best working set. Cardio / duration-only rows are skipped.
Sync your data to the cloud so it's the same on every device. Make an account (or log in) and changes save automatically. Without this, the app works exactly as before — local only.
Paste a login token (copied from your other device under “Copy login token”) to sign in here instantly — no typing the URL, key, and password again.
Changes push automatically a few seconds after you stop editing, and on tab close. Copy login token gives you one string to paste on a new device to sign in instantly (it holds your credentials — only share it with yourself). Disconnecting keeps your current data locally and stops syncing.
In between ⇒ holding steady. Verdict needs ≥4 sessions over ≥18 days. Display ×10 is cosmetic only.
Score = weight × quality(reps): true strength inside your range, a small bonus then a cliff for grinding, a penalty below range. Per-exercise ranges override this default.
A session that lands far outside the normal band gets auto-flagged — yellow = counts less, red ✕ = dropped from the trend. The charts show how far off a session has to be at each setting. Override any point by tapping it, or the ⚑ next to its date.
Each new point on the line is a blend of the trend (where things were heading) and your new session. The drawn point lands between them, pulled toward whichever is more certain — the taller, narrower bell. Smoothness trusts the trend more (rides over noisy sessions); Responsiveness lets the line change direction faster.
